The first statutes of CWSP, 1980.

The CWSP – Grupo de CW de São Paulo/Sao Paulo CW Group was constituted in 1976 and maintained for many years under the detailed rules of a Statute (registered in 1980), obeying all formal, fiscal and notary rules. As the idea of rebuilding the Group, in 2019, was supported by the simplification of these formalities, mainly considering the core activities and the meeting of friends, a few lines were enough to guide the activities and conduct of its members, summarized in the New Statute:

The CWSP is a non-profit group of radio amateurs of indefinite duration, whose objectives are to practice, meet friends, motivate, encourage and disseminate telegraphy through demonstrations, competitions and teaching, cooperating with entities that have similar objectives.
ARRECTIS AURIBUS, the CWSP motto, is a Latin expression whose literal translation is “attentive ears”.
