For all amateur radio operators who have worked 5 different YL stations in CW mode, including obligatorily two CWSP members, after October, 15/1976.
Request to the CWSP (diplomas@cwsp.com.br) containing the log with the following information: Call sign, date, time, band and RST.
For check, images of the QSL cards or print of the LoTW screen can be sent.
For Short Wave Listeners (SWL): Log also the call sign of the station worked by the CWSP member station.
The Award will be sent by email to the applicant. To obtain the paper Award, consult the Manager.
